Prospective Students

Welcome! The Johns Hopkins University- Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies (HNC) is one of the world’s leading graduate schools devoted to the study of Sino-international relations and prepares students for careers in all three vital sectors of modern society—the public, nonprofit and private sectors.

The Hopkins-Nanjing Center offers two distinct academic programs: a two-year Master of Arts in International Studies and a one-year graduate Certificate program. These programs are designed to provide comparative perspectives of China and the United States, as well as illustrate the vital interrelationship between East and West.

This page is designed for prospective students to learn more about the Center.  Information on applying to the Center is located under the admissions section.
